Susanne loves to move and to pray. In her experience, prayer and physical movement are key components to bringing life into a healthy balance. She discovered Psalms & Stretches during lockdown and found in this a marvellous opportunity to combine contemplative prayer using the psalms with physical movement. Susanne has worked as a Pilates, fitness and relaxation instructor for over ten years. She lives with her family in Braunschweig, Germany, where she is involved in the Prayer House in the same town.
